fa مطالعه تطبیقی چند کتیبه فرمان شاه عباس اول در مورد تخفیف مالیاتی شیعیان A Comparative Study of Some Inscriptions of Shah Abbas I's Edicts on Tax Discounts for Shiites کتیبه‌ها اسناد و منابع مکتوب اصیل و دست اول در پژوهش‌های تاریخی و از گنجینه‌های باارزشی هستند که بر سنگ‌ها و مصالح دیگر از جمله آجر، چوب، کاشی و گچ حک شده‌اند و اطلاعات قابل توجهی در عرصه‌ تاریخ و فرهنگ در اختیار پژوهشگران قرار می‌دهند و به عنوان منابع تکمیلکننده‌ اطلاعات تاریخی استفاده می‌شوند. تکیه‌ اصلی این تحقیق، سنگ‌فرمان‌هایی است که از جانب شاه عباس اول صفوی خطاب به شیعیان اهالی اردستان، نطنز، کاشان، سمنان، اصفهان، تویسرکان و استرآباد و کرمان، دماوند، خوار و فیروزکوه، انجدان، اسدآباد همدان، با مضمون تخفیف مالیاتی یک ماهۀ ماه رمضان، در طول سال‌های 1022 تا 1039 هجری قمری صادر شده و در مساجد جامع شهرهای فوق الذکر نصب شده‌اند. هدف از نگارش این مقاله، تبیین نقش سنگ‌فرمان‌ها در ترویج و تبلیغ مذهب شیعه اثنی‌عشری در شهرهای مذکور است. روش پژوهش در تحقیق حاضر، توصیفی- تحلیلی بر روی سنگ‌فرمان‌های به جای مانده از دوره شاه عباس اول صفوی، به شیوه کتابخانه‌‌ای و میدانی است. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان میدهد که این کتیبه‌‌ها از طرف شاه عباس اول، به منظور دست‌‌یابی به اهداف سیاسی و مذهبی و برای رفاه حال شیعیان صادر شده و راهکاری برای مقابله و اتحاد برعلیه سنّیان در آن زمان بوده ‌است. فرمان‌ها به زبان فارسی است و همواره در آنها به مکان نصب کتیبه و جنس آن اشاره شده ‌است. تعدادی از این کتیبه‌ها بنا به دلایلی تخریب و یا از بین رفتهاند و تعدادی از آنها نیز به موزهها انتقال داده شدهاند.   Inscriptions are original and first-hand written documents and sources in historical research and valuable treasures that are engraved on stones and other materials such as brick, wood, tile, and plaster, and they provide researchers with significant information in the field of history and culture. They are used as complementary sources of historical information. The main aim of the present research is the study of the stone edicts issued by Shah Abbas I of Safavid to the Shiites of Ardestan, Natanz, Kashan, Semnan, Isfahan, Tuysarkan, Estrabad, Kerman, Damavand, Khar and Firouzkoh, Anjadan, Asadabad, Hamedan, with the theme of tax reduction for one month in Ramadan, during the years 1022 to 1039 AH. The said stone edicts were installed in the Jame mosques of the aforementioned cities. This article aims at explaining the role of stone edicts in the promotion and propagation of the Twelver Shia religion in the mentioned cities. The research method in the present research is descriptive-analytical. It is performed both in field and library methods. The finding of the research shows that these stone edicts were issued by Shah Abbas I to achieve political and religious goals and for the welfare of the Shiites and it was a strategy for confronting and uniting against the Sunnis at that time. The edicts are in Farsi. The installation place of the inscriptions and their types are always mentioned in the edict texts. Some of these inscriptions have been destroyed or lost due to some reasons, and some of them have been transferred to museums.   صفویه, کتیبه, تخفیف و بخشش مالیات, فرمان, شاه عباس اول.
